Step by Step
Step One: Log into your Driver Admin Portal and click on Subscriptions
Step Two: Click on the subscription you would like to cancel
Step Three: Press the red Cancel Subscription button at the bottom of the screen
Important Notes:
Your subscription will stay active up until the next scheduled billing date
There is no cancellation fee
We do not offer refunds on the time remaining in your current billing cycle
Even after you cancel your subscription you will still have access to your Driver Admin Portal to retrieve all historic logbook records
