What happens if we forget to log on or off etc.7 votes
The ability to edit log entires, whether it results from forgetting to start, stop or simply from a mistake, already exists. See the Knowledge Base for Edit a logbook entry
According to the NZTA website:
"Because taxi drivers’ work typically involves periods of rest while waiting for a fare, taxi drivers can work 7 hours before taking a break of at least 30 minutes. However, if you accept a fare of more than 100km, or do additional work within the same cumulative work day, then you must take a break after the standard 5½ hours."
I have confirmed with Commercial Licensing as well that the same rule apply for uber drivers as long as they work within the 100km radius1 vote
This functionality already exists. Simply change the Vehicle Type to Taxi and the 7 hour rule will apply.
We use D plates, if we use the D plate on different vehicles the odometer mileages are all different. At present when we enter the ODO from a truck it will not allow you to enter a mileage lower than last time the plate was used. Would be good if we could change that.0 votes
This has been rolled into the latest version of the App v1.0.12.
Thanks for the suggestion
When I start work driving I cannot adjust the km entry (it defaults to the previous end-of-work entry). As I use a private hire car, sometimes I use the car in-between work days. Could you add another field so when I start work I can accurately log the km at that time?1 vote
This functionality already exists in the current App.
Tap the Kms text box and it will bring up a number pad on your device

How do I pay my subscription1 vote
Subscriptions are purchased via the Drivers Admin panel.
Refer to this Article about how to purchase a Subscription.
In terms of pricing i drive seasonally from oct to end march.
do u hv a pricing system for drivers who only drive certain times of the year.
Our pricing plans are flexible and enable those drivers who only work for chunks of the year (seasonally) to not miss out.
In this situation simply start your Monthly subscription at the beginning of the driving season and then cancel it once you have reached the end.
You will not be restricted from accessing your data either via the App OR via the Driver Admin. The only restriction will be that you will not be able to create any new records.
When you ready to start driving again, simply purchase a new Monthly subscription.
Hope that helps.

Add ability to create a new Vehicle record during a shift.
At times you don't have all vehicles loaded into system before you commence your work day.0 votes
I just double checked this and it is actually possible already. Just need to close the notice
Allow several reg numbers to each driver because we have to swap trucks sometimes during the shift1 vote
Currently the App enables a driver to setup as many vehicles are required. Switching from one vehicle to another is a matter of either click Rest Break or more likely Other Work, then clicking Drive and selecting the new vehicle.
So in effect it already allows for switching of vehicles
