App is stuck, I'm stuck

If you find yourself stuck and the App becomes unresponsive, please try the following steps before submitting a ticket.

  1. Sign Out & then Sign In again:
    If offered to Sign In using your PIN, click the button top right 'Not {first name}?', and follow the normal Sign In process - this will refresh all your data from our Servers and generally sorts out any corrupted data issues.
  2. Turn off WIFI:
    If you are experiencing persistent Location related issues, this can be due to a invalid or inaccurate GPS co-ordiate being derived by WIFI (Spark Hot spots are notoriously bad). Try turning Off WIFI and repeat the entry process.
  3. Can't Login (active account):
    Reset your Password and follow instructions in email sent. 
    Try logging into the Driver Admin to test your Password.
    Some devices automatically capitalize the first letter of your Password which makes it invalid.
  4. Can't Login (new account)
    You must complete the account confirmation steps following registration. An email is sent to the email address you entered into the registration form. 
    Check your SPAM folder
    If it has not arrived within 5 minutes get in touch with our Support team
  5. Check App permissions:
    After first installing or after your device has been upgraded, you need to Allow Logmate to access your Location, etc. 
    Make sure you Allow All prompts
