Duplicate Subscriptions

If you find yourself paying for multiple subscriptions for any reason, follow the steps outlined below.

  1. Log into the Driver Admin and confirm that you have more thatn 1 active Subscription
  2. If you do, thn Cancel/Suspend the unwanted subscription(s)
  3. Send an email to our Support Team with details and they will happily arrange a refund for the affected period
    (Note: there is a processing fee)
