New Subscription purchased or provided but not available in App

If after purchasing, or being provided, a subscription, you are still getting an 'expired subscription' notice in the App, follow these steps:

  1. Log-out of the App
  2. Log back in but don't use PIN
To not login via PIN
  1. Click 'Not {first name}?' on PIN sign-in screen
  2. Click Sign In 
  3. Enter Email or License number
  4. Complete steps

This will load the new subscription details onto the App and you should be good to go.
