Why Does It Still Tell Me 'Subscription Required' When I Just Bought One?

Sometimes there may be a delay with your driver logbook subscription syncing to your account. However, it is really simple to sync your subscription manually.

  1. Click on the Systems Settings cog in the tope right corner

  2. Scroll down to Subscription Status

  3. Click on Sync Subscription

  4. Your subscription should manually sync and you should also be able to see your next billable date.
