We understand that your circumstances can change and you may no longer have the need for a digital logbook service. That is one of the major reasons we have no contracts and make canceling your subscription easy.
To unsubscribe from Logmate simply follow the steps below.
Step One: Log into your Driver Admin Portal and click on Subscriptions (under Account on the far left)
Step Two: Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button within the subscription you would like to cancel
Step Three: Confirm seeing the green bar across the bottom of the screen showing the scheduled cancellation of your subscription
Important Notes:
Your subscription will stay active up until the next scheduled billing date
There is no cancellation fee
We do not offer refunds on the time remaining in your current billing cycle
Even after you cancel your subscription you will still have access to your Driver Admin Portal to retrieve all historic logbook records
