What exactly has changed?

  • New admins

  • New backend

  • New infrastructure

When did this happen?

  • September 9th, 2025

  • From 3am to 6.00am (during which all Logmate services will be unavailable, including the Mobile App)

Is there anything I need to do now?

  • Prepare for all Logmate services to be unavailable for a few hours in the middle of the night

  • Ensure you can receive emails from us

    • Try a password reset or export a work shift from your admin

Can I make entries in my logbook during this maintenance window?

  • No, the maintenance window requires all services to be stopped

  • This includes both the Logmate app and Admins

Will my data be lost?

  • No, all existing records (i.e. your account data) will remain unaffected.

How do I record work-time during this maintenance window?

  • If required, make a note and you will need to enter your activities once services have been restored

Can Logmate do this for me?

  • Unfortunately no, you are responsible for your work-time records
