Logmate's New Platform Coming Soon

What exactly is changing?

  • New admins

  • New backend

  • New infrastructure

Note: The current Logmate app will work against the new platform.

How will the change occur?

  • A scheduled maintenance window

    • During which time the Logmate platform will be unavailable to all users for a brief period of time (see below)

When will this happen?

  • Late May or early June 2025

  • Exact date and time to be confirmed

    • Likely during the wee hours of the morning

    • Estimated to take between 1 - 1.5 hours

What is next?

  • We will send out an email with the confirmed date and time of our maintenance window and any other steps required (e.g. resetting your password)

Is there anything I need to do now?

  • Ensure you can receive emails from us

    • Try a password reset or export a work shift from your admin

Can I make entries in my logbook during this maintenance window?

  • No, the maintenance window requires all services to be stopped

  • This includes both the Logmate app and Admins

Will my data be lost?

  • No, all existing records (i.e. your account data) will remain unaffected.

How do I record work-time during this maintenance window?

  • If required, make a note and you will need to enter your activities once services have been restored

Can Logmate do this for me?

  • Unfortunately no, you are responsible for your work-time records
