Logging into the Logmate App to get access to your Digital Logbook is quick and easy. However, remember you will only be able to log in once you have activated your account by confirming your email address.
There are two steps to logging into your Logmate app:
Log into your Logmate Driver Account
This is using your Drivers Licence Number & password you set when creating your account
This uses your existing mobile phones authentication system preferences, ie either fingerprint, face authentication or a pin code.
User Authentication will be required most times if you close the Logmate App or leave it running in the background for a significant amount of time. Full log in to your Driver Account will be required less frequently.
