Upon returning to an area of better mobile data coverage or Wifi connection you can navigate to our Enforcement Admins and enter the information required.
In order to access a drivers Logmate digital logbook you have previously exported you will need the following information:
Your CVIU / NZ Police ID number
The Driver's registered drivers licence number
Your email address
The Export Token generated during roadside export
Note: Export Tokens are unique codes that are comprised of date/time of export, driver ID, and your CVIU
In the rare event that you don’t have mobile data when carrying out an enforcement check, you will receive this error message upon attempting to export. (Note: You will need to record the access token and the Drivers Driver Licence number)
Upon returning to an area of better mobile data coverage or Wifi connection, you can navigate to enforcement.logmate.co.nz and enter the information required.
Click on ‘Retrieve Export’ to download the exported PDF copy of the logbook entries requested.
