From within your Driver Admins, you have access to all of the shifts you recorded in your Logmate electronic logbook. Follow the steps below to learn how to view your shifts and find specific shifts in your historical shift records.
Please Note: during the cutover and upgrade to Logmate's new platform on 09/09/25, we reduced the bloat on our system by deleting old records, so if you are searching for old Logmate shifts before 2023, you will not find them for this reason.
Step One: Navigate to your Driver Admins and log in using your email address and password
Step Two: After logging in, you will land at your Dashboard. In the top left, click the three horizontal lines to bring up your menu
Step Three: After pulling up your side menu, please click the Profile drop down arrow to expand your selection
Step Four: After selecting "My Logbook", you are now in your Driver account Dashboard
Step Five: Please select Shifts from the left side menu to view all of your Logbook shifts
From this Shifts page, you can now see all the shifts associated with your Logmate digital logbook account.
Pro tip: You can filter through your shifts by date range in the top right corner of your Shifts page. By clicking the three dots next to the date filter, you can also toggle to quickly see shifts from today, yesterday, Last 7 Days, and Last 30 Days.
