Logmate Admins

Overview of the Logmate Admins portal — what you can do from your Logbook Account on the web.

Your Logmate Admins at admins.logmate.co.nz is where you manage your Logbook Account. The app records your work-time. Logmate Admins lets you export, manage vehicles, and update your account.

Getting Started

  1. Log in with the same email and password you used to create your Logmate account

  2. Click Open under your Logbook Account

Confirm your email address before you can log in. See Login Issues & Password Reset if you need help.

What You Can Do

Dashboard

Your account dashboard shows an overview of your current work period and work shift status.

Shifts

View every shift you have recorded. You can:

  • Filter by date range (use the date picker or quick filters: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days)

  • Select and export shifts as PDF

  • View individual shift details

Vehicles

Manage your vehicle records — add new vehicles or archive old ones. To edit vehicle details, use the Logmate app.

TSL Holders

View all your operator relationships and their approval status. Accept or decline pending invites, or nominate new TSL Holders.

Account

Update your driver licence version or date of birth, or close your account.

  • Driver Licence — update your licence version or date of birth

  • Subscriptions — view your Software Licence status, billing history, and manage payment details

  • Close Account — permanently close your Logmate account
