Login Issues & Password Reset

Can't Log In?

Login requires your NZ driver licence number and password.

The most common issue is an unconfirmed email address. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Logmate with the subject "Confirm your email address". Click the link, then try logging in again.

If you did not receive the email, contact our support team.

Reset Your Password

From The App

  1. Open the Logmate app

  1. Tap FORGOTTEN PASSWORD?

  2. Enter the email address linked to your Logbook Account and tap SUBMIT

  3. Check your inbox for the reset link (check spam if needed)

  4. Click the link and set a new password

  5. Log in with your new password

Note: Password reset uses your email address (the one linked to your Logbook Account), even though login uses your licence number.

From The Logmate Admins

  1. Click Reset your Password

  2. Enter your email address and click Send Reset Email

  3. Follow the link in your inbox to set a new password

Not Receiving Emails?

  • Check your spam / junk folder

  • Add help@logmate.co.nz to your contacts

  • Make sure you are using the email you signed up with

  • Work email filters may be blocking Logmate emails

If emails are still not arriving, contact our support team.
