All entries made into your Logmate digital logbook are private and are only accessible to you unless you share it. This is done by:

Assigning a TSL Holder to a vehicle used in a shift. The TSL Holder will receive a copy of that singular shift record when you lock it. They will retain this record.

Any approved Operator Account has live real-time access to your current work-time balances as well as your logbook history in Logmate.

Copies of your logbook you share with enforcement when you are required/requested to share them.
