Is my logbook data private?

Find out who can see your logbook entries

Updated over 10 months ago

Yes!

All entries made into your Logmate digital logbook are private and are only accessible to you unless you share it. This is done by:

  1. Assigning a TSL Holder to a vehicle used in a shift. The TSL Holder will receive a copy of that singular shift record when you lock it. They will retain this record.

  2. Any approved Operator Account has live real-time access to your current work-time balances as well as your logbook history in Logmate.

  3. Copies of your logbook you share with enforcement when you are required/requested to share them.

Note: We can only share copies of your logbook with authorities when requested to by law.
