If you have forgotten your password you can reset it through your Logmate Digital Logbook App or your Driver Admin Portal following these steps:

Step One: Click on the  "Reset Password" link or 

"Forgotten Password?" link, enter your email address and press submit.

Step Two: A password reset email will be sent you the email address associated with your Logmate account

Step Three: If you are reseting your password on a mobile device please ensure the link is opened in a web browser. 

Important: Only request a password reset once and follow the link in that email to reset you password. Each time you request a password reset it makes the previous link invalid.
