You can reset your password either via the App or the Driver Admins.
The Process
Request a Password reset - using 'Forgotten Password?' (App) button or 'Reset your Password' (Driver Admins) button
You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your Logmate account
You will receive an email outlining the steps to reset your password
Once completed, you are ready to log into Logmate again

Once the reset password email has been sent, it will validate one "token" to change your password. If you request another password reset, it will invalidate the previous request/token. Please only request a password reset once to avoid any issues. Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you are not seeing the email or reach out to our Support Team to change the email associated with your Logmate account.
