You can reset your password either via the App or the Driver Admin portal.
The Process
Request a Password reset - using 'Forgotten Password?' (app) or 'Reset Password' (driver admin portal) button
You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your Logmate account
You will receive an email outlining the steps to reset your password
Now you are ready to log into Logmate again.

Once the reset password email has been sent it will validate one "token" to change your password. If you request another password reset it will invalidate the previous request. Please only request a password reset once.
