If you are seeing a red error banner at the top of your screen that says Network Error, or if you are having any other issues with the app trying to access data while on WiFi or Mobile Data, try the following procedures:
Check Mobile Data Settings for Logmate
Close the Logmate app
Open Settings
Scroll down and tap Apps
Scroll down and tap Logmate
Under USAGE, tap Mobile data
Make sure Allow background data usage is ON
If you have Data saver enabled, you should also make sure Allow app while Data save on is ON, otherwise the Logmate app might not function properlyRestart your phone
Open Logmate app
Note: If you are still having connectivity issues, you can also try resetting the Network Settings
Reset Network Settings (Android 9)
Close the Logmate app
Open Settings
Scroll down and tap General management
Tap Reset
Tap Reset network settings
Tap RESET SETTINGS button
Restart Phone
Open Logmate app
Reset Network Settings (Android 8)
Close Logmate app
Open Settings
Scroll down and tap System
Tap Reset
Tap Network Settings Reset
Tap Reset Settings
Restart Phone
Open Logmate app
If you are still having network issues on Android 8, you can also make sure that Data Saver is turned off.
You can check this in Settings > Network & internet > Data usage > Data Saver
if it's ON, turn it OFF and then try the Logmate app again
