Your Logmate electronic logbook should sync to the servers automatically. However, sometimes you will need to manually sync your data.
If you see the red Subscription Required button at the bottom of your screen you will need to first read our article 'Managing Your Subscription'.
Then simply press the red Subscription Required button and tap sync!
If you ever need to refresh the data stored on your phone for some other reason e.g. advised too by Customer Support, then follow the steps outlined below:
- Click Menu icon (top left)
- Click and hold your profile name e..g 'Joe Bloggs'
- A prompt will be displayed - Click OK
- You are all done
