Steps to reconnect your digital logbook app to the server

While your profile & logbook information should sync automatically, sometimes a delay can occur. In this case you will need to manually reload your profile or sync your subscription.

Subscription Sync

If you see the red error message stating "Subscription Required to make entries in your Logbook" you will need to first read our article 'Managing Your Subscription' to make sure you have an active subscription.

Then you can head back to the Logmate app and:

  1. Click Sync Subscription

  2. Wait for the Status to be VALID

Other Reasons

If you ever need to refresh the data stored on your phone for some other reason e.g. advised too by Customer Support, then follow the steps outlined below:

  • Click Menu icon (top left)

  • Press on the 3 dots next to your name

  • Click "Reload your Profile & Account Data"

  • You are all done
