Upgrading Your Logbook Subscription From A Free Trial

Activate Your Subscription before your Free Trial Expires

Drivers will automatically be provided a Three Week Free Trial when signing up to Logmate for the first time. If you want to continue with your subscription to the Logmate Digital Logbook, you will need to follow the steps below to Activate Your Subscription before your Free Trial expires.

Note: If your Free Trial has already expired you will need to "Purchase A New Subscription."

Step One: Navigate to your Driver Admins and Log in using the email address and password associated with your Logmate Account

Step Two: Click on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner to open your menu

Step Three: Click on the Profile drop down arrow

Step Four: Click on Account (left side menu) to expand the drop down options

Step Five: Click Subscriptions and then "Manage" within that Logbook Licence

Step Six: Click on Payment Methods

Step Seven: Fill in all required details and click Add once completed to save your card details

Step Eight: Check Your Billing Address

Click on "Billing & Shipping Addresses" to make sure you billing address is saved against your account.

Step Nine: Double Check Your Payment Method Has Been Saved

Click on Payment Methods again to make sure your Payment Method is saved against your Logmate Account.

Step Ten: You Are Good To Go!

When your Free Trial period ends, your subscription will Automatically Activate and you will be charged $10.95 by Logmate.

Bonus Step: If you see the red error message "Subscription required to make entries in your logbook" head over to your System Settings and Sync your subscription.
