Upgrading Your Logbook Subscription From A Free Trial

Activate Your Subscription before your Free Trial Expires

Drivers will automatically be provided a Free Trial period when signing up to Logmate for the first time. If you want to continue with your subscription to the Logmate Digital Logbook you will need to follow the next steps to Activate Your Subscription before your Free Trial expires.

Note: If your Free Trial has already expired you will need to "Purchase A New Subscription."

Step One: Navigate to your Driver Admin Portal

Log in using the email address and password associated with you Logmate Account

Step Two: Click on Subscriptions

Step Three: Click Billing Portal

Step Four: Click on Billing & Shipping Addresses

Step Five: Add An Address

Fill out your address details and click Update

Step Six: Double Check Your Address Has Been Saved

Click on Billing & Shipping Addresses again to make sure you address is saved against your account.

Step Seven: Click on Payment Methods

Step Eight: Add a Payment Method

Add you credit/debit card information and click Add

Step Nine: Double Check Your Payment Method Has Been Saved

Click on Payment Methods again to make sure your Payment Method is saved against your Logmate Account.

Step Ten: Your Good To Go!

Now when your Free Trial period ends your subscription will Automatically Activate and you will be charged $10.95 by Logmate.

Bonus Step: If you see the red error message "Subscription required to make entries in your logbook" head over to your System Settings and Sync your subscription.
