Purchasing A New Subscription

Follow these steps to purchase a new Digital Logbook Subscription

If you have previously held and cancelled a subscription with Logmate or your trial has come to an end you will need to purchase a new subscription to regain access to your Digital Logbook. 

Please follow these steps to get back up and running as soon as possible.

Step One: Navigate to your Driver Admin Portal and log in using your email address and password

Step Two: Click on Subscriptions (far left under Account)

Step Three: Click "Complete Subscription Payment Method" or "Manage Subscription"

Step Four: Enter all required information, hit next, fill in all card details, and then click subscribe

Step Six: Click Close

Step Ten: Back in the Logmate App, if you see the Red 'Subscription Required' button appear,  press it and click Sync to register your subscription.
