If you are seeing a red error banner at the top of your screen that says Network Error, or if you are having any other issues with the app trying to access data while on WiFi or Mobile Data, try the following procedures:

Check Mobile Data Settings for Logmate

  1. Close the Logmate app
  2. Open Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap Logmate
  4. Make sure Motion & Fitness is ON
  5. Make sure Mobile Data is ON
  6. Make sure Background App Refresh is ON
  7. Restart device
  8. Open Logmate app

Turn ON Mobile Data

  1. Close the Logmate app
  2. Open Settings
  3. Tap Mobile
  4. Make sure Mobile Data is ON
    If you are driving in areas with poor mobile connectivity, consider turning on Roaming in Mobile Data Options
  5. Restart device
  6. Open Logmate app
