Receiving A "New Logbook" Email From Logmate

A driver operating under your TSL would like to start using the Logmate Digital Logbook

Updated over a week ago

If you received an email from Logmate titled Logmate: New Logbook it means a driver has indicated they driver under your TSL in their Digital Logbook provided by Logmate

First Driver

If this is the first driver in your fleet that has requested to use a Digital Logbook then we understand the change could be a little daunting. Fortunately, you don't have to do anything. From here on out instead of that driver hand delivering copies of their paper logbook to you, you will receive them as an attached PDF via email the moment the driver finishes their shift.

Subsequent Drivers

Every time a new driver that operates under your TSL wants to make the switch to the Logmate Digital Logbook you will get the same email, and start receiving emails with their shifts as well.

What's Next?

Well you don't have to do anything. You can continue to receive your drivers shifts in PDF form via email. However, we do offer a Transport Operator Account for FREE so that instead of receiving emails, all the shift lists are stored in one place for your convenience. Read our Article "Why Should I Create A Transport Operator Account With Logmate?" to learn more about this and other great features we offer.
