Download An Exported Digital Logbook

You can access a Logmate exported logbook from any device

Updated over a week ago

Before reading this article first read our article Roadside Logbook Export to learn how to export a drivers digital logbook.

Upon returning to an area of better mobile data coverage or Wifi connection you can navigate to enforcement.logmate.co.nz and enter the information required.

In order to access a drivers Logmate digital logbook you have previously exported you will need the following information:

  • The drivers license number

  • Your CVIU / NZ Police ID number

  • Your email address

  • The Access Token generated during export

Note: Export tokens are unique codes that are comprised of date/time of export, driver ID and your CVIU

In the rare event that you don’t have mobile data when carrying out an enforcement check, you will receive this error message upon attempting to export. (Note: You will need to record the access token and the Drivers Driver Licence number)

Upon returning to an area of better mobile data coverage or Wifi connection you can navigate to enforcement.logmate.co.nz and enter the information required.

You will now have access to all the drivers’ logbook records. Select the records that are relevant to your enforcement check. Then click ‘Generate Export.’

Finally, click on ‘Download’ to download the exported PDF copy of the logbook entries requested.
