Expiration Of Old TSL Invitations

How the expiration of old TSL Nominations affects you as a Driver

Updated over 2 weeks ago

As part of the ongoing upgrades to the Logmate Platform, we have implemented the automatic expiration of 'pending' TSL Holder Invitations and Nominations starting on 15/10/25 at ~14:00 NZST.

What does this mean exactly?

When you nominate a TSL Holder from the App or via the Driver Admin, the invited party now needs to 'accept' or 'decline' the Invite. If they don't take any action within 7 days, it will be automatically 'declined'.

The same goes when an Operator invites you to join them as a Driver; so you can use their TSL number, and they receive copies of your completed Work-time records - you must either 'accept' or 'decline' the Invite from the Driver Admin within 7 days or it will be expired.

Where was the heads up about this change?

This should not come as a surprise since we have had a notice set within the Driver Admins since our new platform launched on 09/09/25:

What this means is that any invitation older than 7 days will be automatically expired!

This change may affect your ability to make log entries in your Logbook, so please check the status of your Invites in the Driver Admins and be sure to make any changes to your Vehicles in the Logmate App afterwards.

Please reference this article for more information regarding your TSL Holders.
