We endeavour to always provide help and support to the users of Logmate. We understand that we provide a work tool that is essential to a drivers ability to lawfully work.ย 

Regular Live Customer Support Hours

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 10:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday: 4:00pm - 9:00pm

There are three ways to contact our customer support team:

  1. Sending an email to help@logmate.co.nz

  2. Sending a message through the Help Desk on our App

3. Sending a message through our Intercom widget on our website or from within your Admin Portal
