To register a new Transport Operator account you need to visit the Logmate platform. Before proceeding, it's important to determine if an Operator account is required for your needs, which depends on owning a Transport Service Licence (TSL).
You DO NOT need to create an Operator Account if you are using a TSL licence provided by another party e.g. a Rideshare Operator (Uber, Bolt, Didi, etc)
Step one: Click on the Register button
Step two: You will be taken to our Profile registration form. Fill out the information fields and press the Register button when done.
If you already have a Logmate Driver account, own your own TSL number, and are wanting to setup an Owner Operator account, you can do so after you have logged into the Admins portal!
Step three: Once Registered and Logged in on the Admins, please click the "Setup Now" button where it says Operator Account
Step four: Fill in all pertinent details and click Submit when done
Step five: depending on your Operator needs and number of Drivers, please select either the Owner Operator or Transport Operator.
Note: Owner Operator accounts do not require an NZBN
