Customer Support Estimated Response Times

Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 10:00pm
Saturday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm


There are three ways to contact our customer support team:

  2. Sending a message through the Help Desk on our App

3. Sending a message through our Intercom widget on our website or from within your Admin Portal
