Logmate requires your phone to use the correct timezone and time format. Incorrect settings can cause wrong times on your logbook entries.

Why does this matter?
Logmate records all times in Pacific/Auckland timezone. If your phone is set to a different timezone, entry times may appear wrong. This can cause:
Incorrect start and end times on your entries
Wrong rest calculations between shifts
Confusion when reviewing your logbook
After updating
Open the Mobile App. Your future entries will use the correct time. Past entries are not changed β they were recorded with the time your phone showed at the time.
