What you can edit

You can edit entries only in active (not locked) shifts.

Edit an entry

  1. Tap the Logbook tab. Your current shift is shown by default.

  2. Double-tap or long-press the entry you want to edit.

  3. The edit form opens.

  4. Change the start time, location, or odometer as needed.

  5. Tap SAVE.

Shift comment

You can add or edit a comment on the shift (for example, to note what you did on your day off).

  1. Tap the Logbook tab.

  2. Tap the comment area at the top of the shift record.

  3. Type your comment.

  4. Tap SAVE.

Modifications

When you change an auto-generated value (such as start time or location), the change is noted as a modification on your shift. See What Are Modifications? in the FAQ for details.

What you cannot edit

  • Locked shifts β€” once locked, no changes are possible

  • Entry type β€” you cannot change a Drive to Other Duty or Break

  • Vehicle β€” you cannot change which vehicle was used

  • Entries cannot be deleted β€” all entries are permanent
