Create a Logbook Account to start recording your work-time.

What you need

  • Your NZ driver licence (the card)

  • A valid email address

  • A NZ mobile phone number

Option 1 — Register in the Mobile App

  1. Open the Logmate Mobile App.

  2. Tap Register.

  3. Follow the 5 steps: name, driver licence details, contact details, password, and terms & conditions.

  4. Review your details and tap Confirm.

Option 2 — Register on Logmate Admins

Part 1 — Create your profile

  1. Click Sign Up.

  2. Complete the registration form.

  3. Click Submit.

Part 2 — Set up your Logbook Account

  1. Log in to Logmate Admins.

  2. Follow the setup steps to enter your driver licence details and complete your Logbook Account.

Important — Driver licence number

Your driver licence number cannot be changed after you submit. This applies to both the Mobile App and Logmate Admins. Check it is correct before you confirm.

Verify your email

After you register, Logmate sends a confirmation email.

  1. Open your email inbox.

  2. Tap the link in the email to verify your account.

You must verify your email before you can log in. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Log in

  • Mobile App: Enter your Licence number and Password, then tap Login.

  • Admins: Enter your Email and Password, then click Login.
