How to fix common login problems and reset your password.
Mobile App login
The Mobile App uses your driver licence number and password to sign in.
Common problems:
Wrong licence number format — Your NZ driver licence number is 2 letters followed by 6 digits (e.g. AB123456). Enter it without spaces.
Wrong password — Passwords are case-sensitive. Check for extra spaces.
Account not registered — If you were invited by an operator, you must register first. Tap Register on the login screen.
Logmate Admins login
Logmate Admins uses your email address and password to sign in at admins.logmate.co.nz.
Common problems:
Wrong email — Use the email address you registered with. Check for typos.
Wrong password — Passwords are case-sensitive.
Reset your password
If you have forgotten your password:
Open the Mobile App or go to admins.logmate.co.nz.
Tap or click Forgot Password (or Reset Password).
Enter your email address.
Tap or click Submit.
Check your email for a password reset link.
Click the link and set a new password.
The reset link is sent to the email address on your account. If you do not receive the email, see I'm Not Receiving Emails.

Make sure your Mobile App is updated to the latest version
