You can change your email address in Logmate Admins.

How do I change it?

  1. Sign in to Logmate Admins at admins.logmate.co.nz.

  2. Go to your Profile.

  3. Update your email address.

  4. Click Save.

Coming soon: Email address changes will also be available in the Mobile App from version 2.15.

What do I do after changing my email?

  • Use your new email to sign in to Logmate Admins.

  • After updating, open the Mobile App and tap Menu > Reload Profile to sync.
