What to do if you are not receiving emails from Logmate.

Check your spam folder

Logmate emails sometimes end up in your spam or junk folder. Search for emails from help@logmate.co.nz.

If you find Logmate emails in spam, mark them as "Not spam" to receive future emails in your inbox.

Add Logmate to your contacts

Add help@logmate.co.nz to your email contacts or address book. This tells your email provider that Logmate emails are safe.

Check your email address

Make sure the email address on your Logmate account is correct and has no typos.

  • Drivers: Sign in to Logmate Admins at admins.logmate.co.nz and check your Profile.

  • Operators: Check the email address you used to register.

Your company email filter may block external emails. Ask your IT team to allow emails from help@logmate.co.nz

Still not receiving emails?

Contact support at help@logmate.co.nz from a different email address. Include your name and the email address on your Logmate account.
