Edit your profile, update your driver licence details, and keep your account current.

Where to manage your account

Your Logbook Account is managed on Logmate Admins at admins.logmate.co.nz. Sign in with the same email and password you registered with.

Coming soon: You will be able to update most of your details via the Mobile App (v2.15.x).

Update your driver licence version

Your driver licence version must match the version on your physical licence.

  1. Sign in to Logmate Admins.

  2. Go to your Logbook Account.

  3. Find the NZ Driver Licence card.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Click Update Licence Version.

  6. Enter your new licence version number.

  7. Click Save.

Update your date of birth

  1. Sign in to Logmate Admins.

  2. Go to your Logbook Account.

  3. Find the NZ Driver Licence card.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Click Update Date of Birth.

  6. Select your correct date of birth.

  7. Click Save.

Change your email address

You can change your email address in Logmate Admins. See How Do I Change My Email Address? in the FAQ.

Sync changes to the Mobile App

After updating any details in Logmate Admins, sync the changes to the Mobile App.

  1. Open the Logmate Mobile App.

  2. Tap Menu (top left).

  3. Tap Reload Profile.

Your updated details now appear in the Mobile App.
