Overview

Standard Operators require an active Subscription to assign Software Licences to drivers. Owner Operators do not need a Subscription.

Each Subscription includes a set number of Software Licences. You choose which drivers receive a licence. Drivers see the licence in their Logbook Account as "supplied by" your Operator Account.

View your Subscription

  1. Sign in to Logmate Admins at admins.logmate.co.nz.

  2. Go to your Operator Account.

  3. Click Account in the side menu.

  4. Click Subs & Licences.

Your Subscription card shows:

  • Plan β€” the plan name and price

  • Status β€” active, cancelled, or past due

  • Next billing date β€” when the next payment is due

  • Licence count β€” how many Software Licences are included

Set up a Subscription

If you do not have a Subscription:

  1. Go to your Operator Account > Account > Subs & Licences.

  2. Choose a plan from the available options.

  3. Click Subscribe.

  4. Complete payment in the Chargebee checkout window.

You will receive a confirmation email once the Subscription is active.

Assign a licence to a driver

  1. Go to your Operator Account > Account > Subs & Licences.

  2. Find the Subscription you want to manage.

  3. Click Manage Licences.

  4. Select the drivers to assign licences to.

  5. Click Save.

Remove a licence from a driver

  1. Go to your Operator Account > Account > Subs & Licences.

  2. Click Manage Licences on the Subscription.

  3. Deselect the driver.

  4. Click Save.

The driver's operator-managed licence is removed. They will need a self-managed licence to continue using the Mobile App.

Update your payment method

  1. Go to your Operator Account > Account > Subs & Licences.

  2. Click Manage Payment Sources.

  3. Update your card or payment details in the Chargebee portal.

Cancel your Subscription

  1. Go to your Operator Account > Account > Subs & Licences.

  2. Click Cancel on your active Subscription.

  3. Confirm the cancellation.

When you cancel:

  • Your Subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.

  • All driver Software Licences supplied by this Subscription will end when the Subscription expires.

  • Drivers will need to set up self-managed licences to keep using the Mobile App.
