Set up an Operator Account on Logmate Admins to manage drivers and view their work-time records.
Before you start
You will need:
A valid Transport Service Licence (TSL) number
Your TSL Holder name (company or individual name)
A business address
A phone number
A Logmate Admins account (sign up at admins.logmate.co.nz)
Choose your account type
Logmate offers two Operator Account types:
Owner Operator | Standard Operator | |
Max drivers | 2 | Unlimited |
Max admin users | 1 | Unlimited |
Cost | Free | Paid (Subscription required) |
NZBN | Optional | Required |
Can invite drivers | No | Yes |
Receives driver nominations | Yes | Yes |
Owner Operators cannot invite drivers. Drivers must nominate an Owner Operator as their TSL Holder via the Mobile App.
Standard Operators can invite drivers and receive nominations.
Create your account
Sign in to Logmate Admins at admins.logmate.co.nz.
Click Create Operator Account.
Complete the setup form with your TSL and business details.
Click Submit.
Your Operator Account is now active. You will receive a confirmation email.
