Owner Operators are limited to 1 Admin User. Upgrade to Standard Operator to add more.

Operator Owner Admin

Every Operator Account has one Operator Owner Admin. This is the primary admin who:

  • Can add and remove other Admin Users

  • Can transfer account ownership to another Admin User

  • Can promote and demote Admin Users

  • Is the only user who can close the Operator Account

View Admin Users

  1. Sign in to Logmate Admins at admins.logmate.co.nz.

  2. Go to your Operator Account.

  3. Click Account in the side menu.

  4. Click Admins.

Each Admin User is shown as a card with their name, email, role, and status.

Invite an Admin User

This is available for Standard Operators only.

  1. Click Invite Admin User.

  2. Enter the new admin's details.

  3. Click Send.

The new admin receives an email with instructions to accept.

Remove an Admin User

Only the Operator Owner Admin can remove other admins.

  1. Find the admin on the Admins page.

  2. Click Archive.

  3. Confirm the action.

You cannot remove yourself if you are the Operator Owner Admin. Transfer ownership first.

Transfer account ownership

The Operator Owner Admin can transfer ownership to another approved Admin User.

  1. Find the admin on the Admins page.

  2. Click Make Account Owner.

  3. Confirm the action.

Owner Operator notice

If you have an Owner Operator account, the Admins page shows a notice that you are limited to 1 Admin User.

Upgrade your account to Standard Operator to add more Admin Users.
