Updated today

Close your Operator Account if you no longer need it. Only the Operator Owner Admin can close the account.

Before you close

Closing your Operator Account is permanent. Make sure you understand what happens:

  • Drivers — All drivers linked to your account are archived. They will no longer have work-time records supplied to your account.

  • Admin Users — All Admin Users are archived and lose access.

  • Software Licences — All operator-managed licences end. Drivers will need self-managed licences to keep using the Mobile App.

  • Subscriptions — All Subscriptions must be cancelled before closing.

  • Data — Work Shift records are retained for 2 years (legal minimum is 12 months). Export your records first.

Who can close the account

Only the Operator Owner Admin can close the account. Other Admin Users see a notice that they must contact the Account Owner.
