What is a TSL Holder?

A TSL Holder owns a Transport Service Licence (TSL). Drivers must be linked to their TSL Holders on Logmate. When you lock a shift, copies of your work-time records are supplied to all approved TSL Holders.

Both parties must agree to the link. You can Send a Nomination to a TSL Holder, or Accept an Invite from them.

Open the TSL Holders page

  1. Tap TSL Holders in the bottom navigation bar.

Send a TSL nomination

A nomination is a request you send to a TSL Holder to link your accounts.

  1. Tap the + icon in the top right.

  2. Enter the TSL number.

  3. Wait for the lookup to complete.

If the operator is found on Logmate, their company name appears. If not, you enter their contact details (company name, first name, family name, and email).

  1. Tap Save.

  2. Read the confirmation message. Nominations are valid for 7 days.

  3. Tap I UNDERSTAND to send.

The operator is informed. They must approve your nomination within 7 days.
