To register a new Transport Operator account, visit Logmate Admins. Before proceeding, confirm that you own a Transport Service Licence (TSL).
You DO NOT need to create an Operator Account if you are using a TSL provided by another party e.g. a Rideshare Operator (Uber, Bolt, DiDi, etc)
Step 1: Click the Register button
Step 2: Fill in the registration form and click Register
If you already have a Logmate Driver account and own your own TSL, you can set up an Owner Operator account after logging in to Logmate Admins.
Step 3: Once registered and logged in to Logmate Admins, click the Setup Now button under Operator Account
Step 4: Enter your TSL number, company details, and click Submit
Step 5: Select the account type that suits your operation.
Note: Owner Operator accounts do not require an NZBN
