Manage your TSL Holder relationships from your Logbook Account in Logmate Admins.
Go to admins.logmate.co.nz and log in
Open your Logbook Account
Click TSL Holders in the side menu
This page shows all your TSL Holders as cards. Each card shows the company name, TSL number, and status (approved, pending, or declined).
Tip: You can also manage TSL Holders from the Logmate app — see Manage TSL Holders (Mobile) for the app steps.
Pending Invites & Nominations (End Drawer)
Click the mail icon (top right) to open the Pending Invites/Nominations panel. This has two tabs:
Inbox — Invites From Operators
Shows invites that operators have sent to you. Each invite shows the company name, TSL number, who invited you, and a countdown to expiry.
Click Accept to approve the relationship
Click Decline to reject it
After accepting, the operator can see your work-time history and receives copies of your locked shifts.
Outbox — Your Nominations
Shows nominations you have sent to operators (from Logmate Admins or the mobile app). Each nomination shows the company name and expiry countdown.
Click Remind to send a reminder notification to the operator
Click Cancel to withdraw your nomination
Note: Invites and nominations expire after 7 days if not actioned. Expired invitations are automatically declined.
Nominate A New TSL Holder
Click Nominate TSL Holder (top right on the Operators page)
Enter the operator's TSL Number
If The Operator Is Found
The company name fills in automatically. Click Submit to send your nomination.
If The TSL Number Is Not Found
Enter the operator's contact details manually:
TSL Holder name
First name
Family name
Email address
Click Submit. The operator will receive an email and has 7 days to respond.
Note: If the operator's account is closed, you cannot nominate them.

Actions On Approved TSL Holders
Each approved TSL Holder card has two actions:
View Events (timeline icon) — see the full history of the relationship
Archive (archive icon) — remove the TSL Holder from your active list
