After a Driver has accepted your invitation to become one of your Drivers on the Logmate Platform, they will need to have a Logbook Subscription in order to use the Logmate Digital Logbook. There are two ways a Driver driving under your TSL number can have a Logmate Digital Logbook subscription:
The Driver can purchase their own subscription and manage/pay for it themselves. You will still be able to see all their logbook entries, work-time balances and violations to satisfy your WorkSafe requirements. To learn more read the articles Creating A Driver Account and Buying A Subscription
Alternatively, you can purchase and manage subscriptions for your Drivers through your Operator Admins

Please Note: Drivers only need to hold one active subscription. If you want to provide a subscription to a Driver who already holds one, you will need to inform that Driver to cancel their existing subscription.
Buying Subscriptions For Your Drivers
To purchase a Logmate Digital Logbook subscription, first login to your Operator Admins and click on Open within your company profile card
Click on Account and then Subscriptions in the left side menu
Click the Manage button next
You will see the following options
Click on Manage Subscription Licences (Drivers) in order to assign these or add more for your Drivers. On this next page, you will see your current licences, unused licences, and then any edits you make (adding or removing). Do this by clicking "assign licence" or "unassign licence" down in your Drivers section.
Please Note: if you are not seeing a Driver in your Driver list here, then that means they are not yet "approved" to Drive under your TSL. Once they are approved, they will populate here.

Once completed with all desired changes, please click "Update Subscription Licences" in order to save your changes. You will then be brought back to your Subscriptions page.
A green bar will update across the bottom of the page letting you know your changes have gone into affect.
Please Note: You will be charged based on the number of logbook licenses you hold on a monthly basis.
If you add more subscriptions during your billing cycle they will be charged at a pro-rated rate.
If you cancel subscriptions they will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
