Unfortunately, ending a shift cannot be undone.
If your shift is not yet locked
Your shift is in the Closed state. You can review and edit your existing entries. However, you cannot add further entries or reopen the shift.
When you are ready to proceed:
Review your shift entries on the logbook screen.
Tap LOCK to create a permanent record.
Start a new shift when you are ready to resume work.
If your shift is already locked
Locked shifts cannot be edited, changed, or deleted. A locked shift is a permanent legal record of your work-time.
If the error caused a violation, the violation will appear on your shift record. You can add a shift comment to note what happened.
To add a comment:
Tap the Logbook tab.
Tap the comment area at the top of the shift record.
Type your comment and tap SAVE.
Violations
If fewer than 10 hours have passed since your shift ended, starting a new shift will record an Off Duty Violation. This is applied automatically by the app and cannot be removed.
