Record a Drive entry when you drive a vehicle for work.

Start driving at shift start

  1. Tap NEW SHIFT on the home screen.

  2. Tap DRIVE.

  3. Select a vehicle from the list. If you have only one vehicle, it is selected automatically.

  4. Enter the odometer reading (start kms).

  5. Confirm or edit the start time β€” set to now by default, or edit to a time in the past.

  6. Confirm or edit the location β€” generated from your device's GPS.

  7. Tap SAVE.

Switch to driving during a shift

If you are on Other Duty or Break, you can switch to Drive.

  1. Tap the DRIVE button on the on-duty screen.

  2. Select a vehicle (if not already set from a previous Drive entry in this shift).

  3. Enter the odometer reading.

  4. Confirm or edit the start time and location.

  5. Tap SAVE.

Vehicle selection

  • If your previous entry in this shift was also Drive, the vehicle stays the same.

  • To drive a different vehicle, first switch to Other Duty or Break. Then switch back to Drive and select the new vehicle.

Odometer (start kms)

  • Enter the odometer reading when you start driving.

  • The Mobile App saves this as the start kms for the Drive entry.

  • Odometer must be equal to or greater than the last recorded reading for that vehicle.
