Record a Drive entry when you drive a vehicle for work.
Start driving at shift start
Tap NEW SHIFT on the home screen.
Tap DRIVE.
Select a vehicle from the list. If you have only one vehicle, it is selected automatically.
Enter the odometer reading (start kms).
Confirm or edit the start time — set to now by default, or edit to a time in the past.
Confirm or edit the location — generated from your device's GPS.
Tap SAVE.
Switch to driving during a shift
If you are on Other Duty or Break, you can switch to Drive.
Tap the DRIVE button on the on-duty screen.
Select a vehicle (if not already set from a previous Drive entry in this shift).
Enter the odometer reading.
Confirm or edit the start time and location.
Tap SAVE.
Vehicle selection
If your previous entry in this shift was also Drive, the vehicle stays the same.
To drive a different vehicle, first switch to Other Duty or Break. Then switch back to Drive and select the new vehicle.
Odometer (start kms)
Enter the odometer reading when you start driving.
The Mobile App saves this as the start kms for the Drive entry.
Odometer must be equal to or greater than the last recorded reading for that vehicle.
