How your work-time records are shared with TSL Holders and Enforcement Officers.
How does sharing with TSL Holders work?
When you lock a shift, copies are supplied to all your approved TSL Holders automatically. You do not need to do anything extra. Records are only shared at the time of locking — if a TSL Holder relationship is not yet approved, they will not receive the records.

How does enforcement export work?
If an Enforcement Officer asks to see your records, you can export them from the Mobile App via Menu > Enforcement Export. The officer receives your records by email. If you have no internet connection, the Mobile App generates an access token instead (valid for 30 days).

How do I record a split shift?
A split shift is when you work for two different operators in one day. Record all your work-time in one shift. Both operators receive a copy of the locked shift.
